With deep experience across the South Coast, Illawarra, Southern Highlands and Sydney, our mission is to provide fast and accurate certification services to help  keep your project moving.

Meet Che Leonard

Che Leonard is the founder and lead certifier behind My Certifier Pty Ltd. He is a Restricted Class 1 and 10 Certifier (previously known as A3), registered with NSW Fair Trading and a proud member of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS), the Association of Accredited Certifiers (AAC), and the Swimming Pool and Spa Association (SPASA).

Che is also a Licensed Builder, bringing a practical, on-the-tools understanding of construction to the certification process. His combined background in building and certifying allows him to offer advice that’s not only code-compliant but also realistic and builder-friendly.

Meet Kim Leonard

Kim’s background is in design and drafting. Kim’s attention to detail in his design work and planning submissions translate perfectly into the regulatory role of a Registered Certifier. He has recently upgraded his Registration level to Building Surveyor Restricted class 1 and 10, with the ability to assess and certify performance solutions.

Meet Jennifer Leonard

Jen is the administrative engine that keeps the technical staff moving. Her degree in Business Administration and extensive experience in management make her the most qualified member of our team. Jen manages all the behind the scenes roles, so the Certifiers can focus on the buildings.
